Hell Yes: David Bowie is curating (but apparently not performing at) NYC's High Line Festival April 9 - 19. Scheduled to perform at various clubs throughout the city are Air, Arcade Fire, Deerhoof, Secret Machines, Polyphonic Spree, Daniel Johnston and, making his U.S. stand-up debut, Ricky Gervais. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
